How can i know my parcel status?

Totally, you will receive 2 emails to know your order status. For the first email, it is a confirmation email after you placed an order. For the second email, it is a shipping notification after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel.

While we do not process exchanges or returns, if your order arrives damage or is defective upon receipt, we will grant an exchange of the same product from 20 days after it was delivered. Our products are backed by a 1-year quality warranty. If your item arrives damaged, is defective upon receipt, or develops an eligible manufacturing or functional problem within the warranty period, please contact us at service@lovetremor.com with your order number and clear photos or video showing the issue. After the problem is verified, we will provide an appropriate replacement or other resolution in accordance with our warranty policy.
