Lovetremor provides secure and convenient payment options to help customers complete their purchases with confidence. We currently accept PayPal and major credit cards through our secure online checkout.

Accepted Payment Methods

PayPal

You can complete your order securely using PayPal. When PayPal is selected at checkout, you may be redirected to PayPal to log in and authorize the payment.

Depending on your PayPal account and location, PayPal may allow you to pay using your PayPal balance, a linked bank account, or a linked credit card.

Major Credit Cards

We accept major credit cards available through our secure checkout system. The specific card options available to you will be displayed during checkout.

Card availability may vary depending on your country, card issuer, order currency, and payment provider.

Only the payment methods displayed on the checkout page are available for your order.

Secure Payment Processing

All payments made on Lovetremor are processed through secure, encrypted payment systems provided by authorized third-party payment processors.

Lovetremor does not directly store your complete credit card number, card security code, PayPal password, or PayPal login credentials.

Our website uses HTTPS encryption to help protect information transmitted during checkout.

For your security, never send your complete credit card number, card security code, PayPal password, or other payment login details by email.

Paying with PayPal

To pay with PayPal:

  1. Select PayPal during checkout.
  2. Log in to your PayPal account when redirected.
  3. Review and authorize the payment.
  4. Return to Lovetremor to view your order confirmation.

Your order will only be confirmed after PayPal successfully approves the payment.

The name shown on your PayPal transaction record may include the name of our authorized payment-processing company rather than the Lovetremor brand name.

Paying by Credit Card

When paying by credit card, you may be asked to provide the following information:

  • Cardholder name
  • Credit card number
  • Expiration date
  • Card security code
  • Billing address

Please make sure the billing information entered during checkout matches the information registered with your card issuer.

Your bank or card issuer may require additional verification, such as a one-time password, identity confirmation, or 3D Secure authentication.

When Will You Be Charged?

Payment is normally authorized or charged when you complete your order at checkout.

After your payment is successfully approved, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address entered during checkout.

An order is not considered confirmed until the payment has been successfully authorized.

Payment Currency

Product prices are displayed in the currency selected or shown on the Lovetremor website.

The final amount payable, including applicable shipping charges and other fees, will be displayed during checkout before you complete the payment.

Your credit card issuer or PayPal may convert the transaction into your local currency. Currency conversion fees, foreign transaction fees, or other banking charges may apply.

These additional charges are determined and collected by your bank, card issuer, or PayPal and are not charged by Lovetremor.

Declined or Failed Payments

A payment may be declined or fail for reasons including:

  • Incorrect credit card or billing information
  • Insufficient available funds
  • An expired or restricted card
  • Online or international payment restrictions
  • Failed identity or security verification
  • Bank fraud-prevention controls
  • A temporary payment system error
  • PayPal account restrictions

Lovetremor cannot override a payment decision made by your bank, credit card issuer, or PayPal.

If your payment is declined, please:

  1. Check that your payment and billing information is correct.
  2. Contact your bank, card issuer, or PayPal.
  3. Confirm that online and international payments are enabled.
  4. Try another payment method displayed during checkout.

Pending Payments

After a payment attempt, your bank or PayPal may temporarily show the transaction as pending.

A pending transaction may be an authorization hold rather than a completed payment. If the order was not successfully completed, the pending authorization will normally be released automatically.

The time required to release a pending authorization is determined by your bank, card issuer, or PayPal and is outside Lovetremor’s control.

Duplicate Charges

If you believe you have been charged more than once, please first check whether one of the transactions is marked as pending.

When contacting us, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used during checkout
  • The transaction date
  • The amount charged
  • A screenshot showing the relevant transactions

Please hide all but the last four digits of your credit card number. Do not send your complete card number or card security code.

Billing Descriptor

The name shown on your credit card or PayPal statement may be the name of an authorized payment-processing company rather than the Lovetremor brand name.

This does not affect your order, customer support, return rights, replacement eligibility, or refund eligibility.

If you do not recognize a payment related to Lovetremor, please contact us so we can help verify the transaction.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the order.

  • PayPal payments are refunded to the original PayPal payment source.
  • Credit card payments are refunded to the original credit card.

After Lovetremor processes a refund, your bank, credit card issuer, or PayPal may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

Refund processing times vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

Payment Verification

To protect customers and reduce unauthorized transactions, some orders may require additional payment verification.

We may contact you using the email address provided during checkout if additional confirmation is required.

If the requested verification cannot be completed, the order may be delayed or cancelled.

Lovetremor will never ask you to provide your complete credit card number, card security code, PayPal password, or other payment login details by email.
