At Lovetremor, we are committed to providing discreet delivery, clear shipping information, and fair support when an order does not arrive as expected. Please review this policy before placing your order.

Discreet Packaging
All Lovetremor orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging. The outside of the parcel will not display the Lovetremor name, product name, or any wording that identifies the contents as an adult wellness product.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 72 hours after payment has been successfully confirmed. Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, promotional periods, or periods of unusually high demand may require additional processing time.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery normally takes approximately 7 to 15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier capacity, customs processing, weather, local holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
If expedited delivery is available for your destination, you may contact us before placing your order to ask about UPS, FedEx, DHL, or another express shipping option. Additional express shipping charges may apply.
Shipping Charges
- Orders below $59: $9.90 standard shipping fee.
- Orders of $59 or more: free standard shipping.
- Express shipping, when available, is charged separately.
International Shipping
Lovetremor ships to many countries and regions worldwide. Delivery availability may depend on local import restrictions, carrier coverage, and the type of product ordered.
Where duties and taxes are shown as included during checkout, no additional payment should normally be required. However, local customs authorities may apply charges or requirements that are outside Lovetremor’s control. Customers are responsible for complying with the import laws of their destination country.
2. Tracking Your Order
After placing an order, you will normally receive:
- An order confirmation email confirming that we received your order.
- A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number after the parcel has been dispatched.
Tracking information may take several business days to update after the shipping notification is sent. This is normal while the parcel is being transferred to or scanned by the carrier.
3. Shipping Address and Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for checking that their name, address, apartment or unit number, postal code, telephone number, and email address are correct before completing checkout.
Lovetremor is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, failure to collect a parcel, refusal of delivery, relocation from the delivery address, or lack of a secure delivery location.
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or failure to collect it, any refund may be reduced by the original shipping cost, return-to-sender fee, and other carrier charges incurred.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Marked-Delivered Packages
A package may be treated as lost when tracking does not show confirmed delivery and the carrier is unable to locate it after an investigation.
If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot find it, please:
- Check the delivery location, mailbox, reception area, and surrounding property.
- Ask household members, neighbors, reception staff, or building management.
- Contact the local shipping carrier using the tracking number.
- Notify Lovetremor within 72 hours of the recorded delivery time.
Lovetremor will assist with the carrier investigation where possible. However, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement when tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.
5. Return Eligibility
Because intimate wellness products are personal-use items, strict hygiene requirements apply. A non-defective product may only be considered for return when all of the following conditions are met:
- The return request is submitted within 20 days of delivery.
- The product has not been used, tested, washed, charged, or activated.
- The product and all hygiene seals remain unopened and intact.
- The original packaging, accessories, manuals, gifts, and promotional items are included.
- The product is in new and resalable condition.
- The return has been approved by Lovetremor before it is shipped.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Products that have been opened, used, tested, washed, charged, or activated.
- Products with a broken or removed hygiene seal.
- Products returned without prior authorization.
- Products damaged through misuse, improper cleaning, accidental damage, or unauthorized modification.
- Clearance, final-sale, promotional, or gift items marked as non-returnable.
- Products without their original packaging or included accessories.
6. Return and Exchange Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges, express shipping fees, shipping protection fees, customs charges, and other delivery-related fees are non-refundable unless the return results from an error made by Lovetremor or is otherwise required by applicable law.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all authorized returns. Lovetremor is not responsible for returned parcels that are lost, damaged, or delivered to an incorrect address before reaching our designated return facility.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order after delivery. If the product arrives damaged, does not function correctly, or is different from the item ordered, contact us within 20 days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your full name and order number.
- The email address used to place the order.
- A clear description of the problem.
- Clear photographs or a short video showing the product, packaging, and issue.
- The product serial number or batch information, when available.
Our support team may provide troubleshooting instructions before approving a replacement. This helps us determine whether the issue is caused by charging, assembly, operating settings, travel-lock mode, or a confirmed product defect.
Free Replacement for a Verified Product Problem
```When a product defect, shipping damage, or fulfillment error is verified and the claim is approved, Lovetremor will send a replacement of the same product at no additional charge. Lovetremor will pay the shipping cost for the approved replacement.
If the same product is unavailable, we may offer a comparable replacement, store credit, or another reasonable resolution after discussing the available options with the customer.
```Do not return a defective product unless our support team specifically asks you to do so. If a return is required, we will provide instructions regarding the return method and shipping responsibility.
8. One-Year Limited Product Warranty
Lovetremor products are covered by a one-year limited warranty beginning on the confirmed delivery date.
The limited warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect product operation.
- Damage caused by misuse, drops, impact, excessive force, or improper storage.
- Damage caused by using an incompatible charger or power source.
- Water damage to products or components not specifically identified as waterproof.
- Damage caused by incorrect cleaning, submersion, or failure to follow the product instructions.
- Unauthorized repairs, disassembly, or modification.
- Changes in personal preference, fit, sensation, noise expectations, or product size.
A warranty claim does not automatically qualify for a refund. Depending on the circumstances, Lovetremor may provide troubleshooting assistance, replacement parts, a replacement product, store credit, or another appropriate solution.
9. How to Request a Return
- Email service@lovetremor.com before sending the product.
- Include your full name, order number, delivery address, reason for the return, and relevant photos or videos.
- Wait for return authorization and the correct return address.
- Package the approved item securely with all original packaging, accessories, and included materials.
- Send the parcel using a tracked shipping method and email the tracking number to our support team.
10. Refund Processing
After an authorized return reaches the designated return facility, it will be inspected to confirm that it meets the return conditions.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 3 to 4 weeks for the return parcel, inspection, and refund process to be completed. After a refund is issued, the payment provider or bank may require additional time to post the funds to your account.
If a returned item is opened, used, incomplete, damaged, or otherwise does not meet the approved return conditions, Lovetremor may reject the refund or deduct an amount reflecting the loss in value, where permitted by applicable law.
11. Order Cancellation
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. We will try to assist, but cancellation is not guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If the product qualifies for return after delivery, the standard return conditions and return shipping responsibilities described above will apply.
12. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old, or meet the legal age requirement in your jurisdiction if it is higher, to purchase products from Lovetremor.
