Shipping is discreet and will not have “Lovetremor” or any other adult company name visible. Orders will be shipped out within 24 to 72 hours. It may take 7 to 15 business days to receive your package. You must be over 18 years old to order from LOVETREMOR

We ship all over the world and provide door to door service. $9.9 flat rate shipping under $59 Free Shipping on orders $59 & up

How will my order be delivered?

All orders are delivered via standard shipping, if you need it urgently and want it delivered quickly, please select UPS/Fedex/DHL and pay the additional shipping cost.For details, you can contact us at service@lovetremor.com. 

Do I need to pay additional fees?

We include customs duties, you don't need to pay extra.

How can i know my parcel status?

Totally, you will receive 2 emails to know your order status. For the first email, it is a confirmation email after you placed an order. For the second email, it is a shipping notification after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel.

Important Shipping Information

Please confirm your shipping address before you check out. We are not liable for product shipping once it has left our facilities. Examples where we cannot help you include: If you are no longer at the address when the package arrives such as shipping to a hotel, if you are not there to receive it at your home or elsewhere, or if you do not claim it in time from a shipping facility.

Returns

Please make sure your order is correct, once we ship from our warehouse, we are unable to generate international returns for unopened items at the moment. Please ensure your items are what you want before checking out since we are unable to cancel international orders.  

 

Lost Packages

LOVETREMOR is not liable for lost, misdirected, or stolen packages, although we are happy to help locate it to the best of our ability in the event that your package is not successfully delivered. A lost package is one that does not show confirmed delivery via the tracking number. If your tracking number shows the package as delivered, insurance will not cover the loss. If you have any issues receiving packages at your location, you should request a signature required service at checkout.

If your package's tracking number is showing as delivered but you have not actually received the package, you will have to follow up with the shipping company yourself.  Please note that a missing package needs to be reported within 72 hours of confirmed (as per the tracking number) delivery has taken place. After 72 hours, retrieval may not be possible. It is assumed that the customer has provided a secure location for packages to be left.  If security is an issue, please request the signature required service or provide a secure location for delivery.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase from LOVETREMOR. If you aren't satisfied with your product, we want to help you find one you will love. Start by contacting us at service@lovetremor.com with your full name, order number, and shipping address.

For sanitary reasons, items must be brand new and unopened. Returns are only accepted if you made a mistake when placing the order. For malfunctions, please see our warranty policy. Please be sure to look for product dimensions and measurements before you purchase. 

While we do not process exchanges or returns, if your order arrives damage or is defective upon receipt, we will grant an exchange of the same product from 20 days after it was delivered. Our toys are backed by a 100 days manufacturer's warranty,  all products are eligible for return authorization within the return warranty period (100 days)

If you want to return the item, please ship it back to us once you receive the package. Please make sure the item is unopened in its original packaging and contact us by email for return address information, email us your return tracking number at service@lovetremor.com and we will be happy to investigate further for you.

Please allow 3-4 weeks for us to receive and process your return. If at any time you have questions about the status of your return, you can get updates by contacting service@lovetremor.com.
